We waited 40 minutes at Mayfield Heights, OH, Cleveland Clinic location for 1 coffee, 1 hot tea and 1 blueberry bagel. The staff was extremely slow and had absolutely no sense of urgency or time....

Terrible the sweet rolls we bought they were dry and stale and instead of cherries were filled with jelly what a rip off for the price of them since you have raised your prices you food got worse...
