I got a bagel and they said they could not toast it for me cause I already grabbed the bag most places will offer to at least get you a new one that is toasted if they can't take it back

Customers stand in line while employees all hang out and talk near the kitchen door. If you speak up you get verbally attacked by other customers in the establishment.
