1 star for extremely poor and shady billing practices. They quoted and had me pay $480.50 prior to my surgery, then 5 months later, sent me an ADDITIONAL bill for $365.91. Proceed with caution....

I would never want these people to perform surgery on my mouth. Miserable staff. Horrible customer service. They are more worried about how they are going to get their money than the customer....
