Olisa's Kitchen is your one-stop shop for all of your catering and baked goods needs. From cakes and cupcakes to cookies and confections, cocktail parties to four-course dinners, we serve the Greater Philadelphia area, as well as DE, NJ, NYC, DC, and MD. Everything is made from scratch, leaving short-cuts and preservatives behind. This means that there are no pre-made foods, cake mixes, icings, pie shells, cookie dough, etc. Each ingredient has been carefully selected, tested and tasted throughout the years. As always, 100% REAL butter is used - no margarine and no shortening ever! Only high quality, all-natural artisanal chocolate is used, along with pure vanilla & vanilla bean, both selected for their superior taste and quality. Combining excellent ingredients with a hybrid of old/new school techniques and presentation makes for a product that Olisa's Kitchen is proud to share.
