The Toll Gate is an institution. An aging one, but it's so pure Johnstown that it's worth a go. Selfish reason, it was my late Pap Pap's favorite bar. The beer is cheap, I can't speak to the food...

This local bar is the BEST place to get wings and beer in Johnstown, PA. My wife is from the area and brought me here for a few beers, and it became my mistress. We come every time we're in town....
