Paoletta CounselingServices ( PCS ) was established with the goal of providing comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents and adults in a safe, warm, friendly, and caring environment. PCS is committed to the on-going development and implementation of new programs to meet the growing needs of the individuals we serve. PCS provides Mercer County and surrounding areas with a full spectrum of quality outpatient services regardless of race, sex, religion, or ethnicity. Our objective is focus on recovery and to provide the least restrictive services necessary to maintain and increase individual functioning. PCS respects the beliefs of all and does not impose our beliefs onto others. The center offers early childhood services that include group training sessions and consulting services to preschool staff members. It supports the Truancy Intervention Program (TIP), which includes community support services for individuals. In addition, the D&E Counseling Center conducts the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which is a therapeutic program that provides services to children with emotional and behavioral disorders.
