Amazing coffee ! Owner is so nice, everything is reasonably priced . Very sad to see if closed down hoping it reopens soon

Charming coffee shop with outdoor seating. Very fairly priced (large iced coffee is only $2). Breakfast sandwiches are delicious! The owner is very friendly. This is my new go to breakfast cafe.
