Extremely slow. Only ever have 1 person upfront so checking in takes forever. It's never a quick experience. So make sure you have 3-4 hours available if you are gonna donate plasma.

Staff is doing their best despite being desperately understaffed. Too much favoritism being shown to "New donors". I've donated over 40 times and have never received any incentives. Tough to keep...
