Visiting Philly for the first time and ordered Jamaica food but I was disappointed with the overall food. The oxtail and cabbage were ok. I couldn't eat the rice just a waste of money.

The fried chicken was soggy only because she put the damn fried dinosaur wings on top of the wet cabbage. So I had wet chicken. Mediocre at best but always out of jerk chicken .
