The Crossroads Program focuses on the treatment of drug and alcohol abuse for adolescents up to 25 years of age. The program includes various levels of treatment, such as aftercare and counseling programs. It also includes evaluations, referrals, speaking engagements for churches, schools, youths and parents, as well as on campus facilitation of school support groups. The Crossroads Program offers intensive outpatient treatment options that include group sessions and parents involvement activities. It is staffed by talented counselors who have expertise in crisis intervention and speaking engagements. The program additionally has various support groups that provide help and assist in treatment and educational sessions.

The Hispanic Center of Reading and Berks County has been serving at this community for the last 40 years. It has been the primary agency that serves the rapidly growing Latino population, which according to the last census figures represents 70% of the City of Reading. It is one of the most diverse Latino populations in the North East area of the United States. According to our last month report we are serving approximately 1, 100 clients a month. The Hispanic Center offers social services, information and referral, and works to support other organizations in the County.
