History
A long-time love of whitewater kayaking planted the seed of one day specializing in teaching others all about the amazing feeling of this sport. The owner and staff have prepared and practiced to build a program that is state-of-the-art and yet easy to understand. All instruction takes place in the kayaks, as it should be. Since opening, training successful, self-reliant kayakers has been our primary focus.
Specialties
Talented kayak instruction and lessons on the Lehigh River in Eastern Pennsylvania. Since 1999, a well-honed program of progression-oriented classes have started thousands of people in whitewater kayaking. Classes are small, with a very low 4-to-1 ratio (or less) of students to instructors. This ensures very personalized instruction even in the group setting. Having fun, laughing, smiling, and learning how to kayak is our specialty. We also sell Jackson Kayaks, and related paddling equipment.
