He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Fuoss served in the United States Navy as an obstetrician/gynecologist and was involved with development of the Midwife Demonstration Project. Areas of special interest include preventive women’s health care, menopause management, gynecologic infections, minimally invasive surgery, menstrual disorders, and management of abnormal pap smears.
