Nazareth Volunteer Ambulance Corp

Established in 1921, the Wind Gap Volunteer Fire Department is an all- volunteer organization that offers fire protection, emergency medical management and rescue services. It serves individuals and businesses in Pen Argyl Borough and Bushkill and Plainfield townships in Pennsylvania. The Wind Gap Volunteer Fire Department works for the protection of lives and property through planning, home assessment, safety education, and fire prevention and suppression services. It maintains a variety of equipment, such as snow plows, water tankers and pumpers, police and fire vans, scene lighting and vehicle extraction devices. Additionally, the department participates in parades, carnivals and other community events. The Wind Gap Volunteer Fire Department is located in Wind Gap, Pa.
