Nice, good friendly service. Much better then wells fargo or other massive conglomerations of banks. Still has some high fees and odd hours that prevent a higher rating, still good though.

M&T Bank are the worst bank ever and has the most abusive fees. I regreat the day I oorn an account with this bank.
