At Mrs. Gibble's Restaurant we serve traditional Pennsylvania comfort foods and we are all about the family! What better time to enjoy each other's company than when you are sitting around the table sharing a meal! All of our foods are family recipes and are made in house. None of our entrees come pre-packaged. We are known for our Grilled Pork Tenderloin which we season with our secret family recipe! Other top entrees are Delmonico Steak, Fried Chicken, Homemade Hamloaf, BBQ Ribs, and our own Smoked Beef Brisket. We roast our own Turkey which is a special available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. We are also known for our famous homemade Corn Fritters which are endless and make the meal complete. They are so deliciious! Also, when you come to Mrs. Gibble's, you can visit our Candy Store which is located right beside our restaurant. We hand-dip all of our chocolates and the center recipes are all original family recipes. The recipes for our cream centers are especially unique in that they are very smooth and not gritty like most creams. Mrs. Gibble's is owned and operated by the Eshleman Family and is named after Vernice Eshleman's mom, the late Mary Gibble.
