Lifeline of Berks County Inc. is an interdenominational organization that provides life affirming services to pregnant women and their families. It has helped more than 1,900 needy women manage their pregnancy and learn how to feed, clothe and care for their newborn babies. The organization, affiliate with Heartbeat International, provides confidential counseling and information to help ease fears. Its services include confirmation of pregnancy tests, ultrasound, maternity clothes and nursery equipment. Lifeline of Berks County Inc also offers referrals for medical care, housing, adoption and professional counseling.
