Morabito Baking Company, founded in 1932 in the depths of the economic depression, started out baking bread from an oven in a rented bakery. Morabito Bakery has a large variety of breads and rolls. The list ranges from its well-known sourdough Spolettini dinner rolls to hearth baked rolls. The company carries hoagies, Kaisers, pitas, rye breads, even various cakes and pastries. The bakery has customers and restaurant accounts in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware areas. Shipments of the company s products are available for all other areas. Morabito Baking s customers include Adams Fairacre Farms, A&P Metro, Clemens Supermarket, Landis Supermarket, Henning s Supermarket and Murphy s Supermarkets. Its mass retailers include Costco, Sam s Club and Wal-Mart. Morabito s Spolettini rolls are served in the restaurants at Caesar s Entertainment Casinos and on Carnival Cruise Lines.
