I by no means am one to complain, and every staff member was beyond courteous and polite, but there was somehow a breakdown of communication that caused $253 of services to be added to my invoice....

5 stars for services but boarding your loved ones are inhumane, they are in their kennels from 6pm to 9am next day , no bathroom release time ! No staff for 15 hours!

Our dog had an appointment to get his shots needed for boarding. We arrived and were put into a room, assistant entered introduced herself and started her sales pitch (thats what it felt like)...
