This place is decent it's the best gym in the Mon-valley but there's not much to compare it to either. It is pretty much always crowded unless you go super early which I'm not a morning person so...

This is NOT a veteran friendly establishment! Does not support Veterans with Disabilities. Only offers discounts to active duty military. Once the military is done with you so is the MonValley...

For a gym membership, it's exceptionally expensive compared to other gyms. For instance, a single membership is $43 per month and for that price, it should be top quality. Nothing could be further...

Having not yet used the steam room, my only concern is wondering if they do mold remediation in the dry sauna because I see a rug under the wood pallet and black color on the floor so hoping it is...

Both of my children have attended the daycare and preschool programs. They are well run by caring compassionate people. It is also very secure with swipes even to access the childcare area....
