Mohammad Al Madani, MD

Dr. Bozorgnia is board-certified in both Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant. He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. After completing both his internship and residency at Hahnemann University Hospital, he continued a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Temple University Hospital. He is Director, Cardiology Fellowship and the Advanced Heart Failure Program at Einstein Medical Center. He sees patients at several convenient locations in Elkins Park and Philadelphia.

Dr. Afolabi-Brown is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He received his medical degree from the University of Ibadan, Africa, and completed his internship at University College Hospital, Ibadan. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Einstein Medical Center. He is Director of Telemetry at Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Bonita is board-certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Adult Comprehensive Echocardiography. He obtained his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He then completed his internship, residency, and fellowships in cardiovascular disease and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Jefferson Medical College.
