We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free functional fitness to disabled veterans and dependents. We are established and operated by veterans. We are open to the general public and anyone committed to a healthy lifestyle. Membership fees apply.

Opening Soon. MMG CrossFit in Reading / Temple, PA is much more than just a gym or a place to workout. We are a community. Our coaches, staff, volunteers and members are all part of our community and you are not in this alone. JUST SHOW UP and let us do the rest. We will guide you and provide you with excellent daily workouts and a constantly varied, high intensity, functional fitness programming that will enhance your overall health and fitness. Anyone who wants to improve their health and commit to a healthy lifestyle can become a member. Membership is open to the general public and membership rates apply. However, membership for disabled veterans and their dependents is 100% completely free of charge provided that the disabled veteran has a rated disability of 10% or greater (some restrictions may apply due to scheduling and space availability). All of our workouts are fully scalable to your personal abilities and physical limitations. We also offer Personal Training.
