Wendy Martz, owner and operator of Mmaxout Madness, has been a healthy lifestyle and certified fitness coach for the past 22 years. She's been running Pure Madness Interval Training and Personal Training out of her home for the past 4 years. It's always been a passion of Wendy to help others reach their highest potential physically, and to educate as many as possible in nutrition and making healthier lifestyle choices. She took her lifelong dream of wanting to open her own full time fitness studio, and made it a reality by opening Mmaxout Madness on March 31st, 2014.
