I discovered Mission Barbecue while visiting Nashville 5 yrs ago & visited again last year. We loved it so much we ate there 3 times during our stay. I dined at this location during the summer...

Today was my bday and we decided to try Missions smoked ribeye backplate special. This is slow-smoked and reverse-seared with an espresso rub that creates a melt in your mouth tender delicacy....

Mission BBQ might be as American as it gets. Ribs and pulled sandwiches. Kitchen is efficient, food comes out fast and hot. Ambiance is quick service style, not fast food. I highly recommend...
