Mind Your Body Wellness began as Phoenix Health Spa in a small town in the Dominican Republic where it thrived until I relocated to New Jersey in 2009. Then The Phoenix Institute of Massage & Bodywork was formed. After having the please of teaching Massage & Bodywork I decided that once again the future of massage is evolving. Mind Your Body Wellness was born.
