The University of the Arts (UArts) in Philadelphia, PA, has closed as of June 7, 2024, and subsequently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on September 13, 2024. In light of this closure, the university is providing information regarding the claims process for those owed money and is facilitating the transfer of students to approved teach-out partners.
Effective as of April 7, 2025, former UArts students can request their transcripts through Parchment, with discontinued processing by the National Student Clearinghouse. Moore College of Art and Design has been designated as the custodian of UArts transcripts, outlining new procedures for all transcript requests.

Balcony seats are too small, close together and a 6ft male is unable to put legs in front of him!!!!! Greedy theatre puts too many seats too close together! Spoilt my evening with cramped legs.
