Do not use this person!! Called and was asked to describe the lock-my answer it is a outside door lock with a handle. Had to pay 250$ upfront for the service call. He arrived 30 minutes later....

Not in DuBois. Wanted $100 just to set an appointment replace the lock that 100% needs replaced.

If I could give him a -5, I would. Enough said. Seemed annoyed I called on a Sunday and kept repeating "We have regular business hrs too". Then don't advertise 24 hrs if your going to get annoyed...

charged over $400 to change two lock cylinders which should have been under $200. I called to complain and the person told me it took over 3 hours when we clearly had timed him at no more than two...
