It was a great workout! I could clearly see the instructor so I wasn't lost in the mix. It's definitely a great workout and everyone is friendly and helpful!

This place is the best!!! After Covid I could NOT get myself motivated to workout, but their high energy instructors, balanced with centering calm, was the PERFECT mix! Thanks for getting me back...

Although the instructors aren't certified bikram instructors, they certainly do have a lot of knowledge in their tool belt and this is a kind place. I tend to hold my tension in my traps and hips....
