Kathryn Shevchik, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist specializing in obesity, weight management and health behavior change. Dr. Shevchik provides brief evidence-based interventions for food- and eating-related behaviors as well as general stress management and psychological adjustment. Kayla Redmond, CRNP Kayla Redmond, is a nurse practitioner, focusing on women’s health and post-menopausal issues. She performs routine annual gynecologic examinations, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
