Erin Wagner-Haggerty is a family nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology. She is lead advanced practice provider for AHN Cardiovascular Institute Tri-County Cardiology. Her special clinical interests include coronary artery disease, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation. She creates a trusting and accommodating relationship with her patients by putting the patient first and sharing a common pursuit of their health goals. Erin earned her nursing degree from Citizens School of Nursing, Tarentum, Pennsylvania, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. She gained additional professional training with a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American College of Cardiology, American Nurses Association, and the American Heart Association. She sees patients age 18 and older and speaks English.

Dr. Nestasie is a skilled interventional cardiologist with AHN Cardiovascular Institute focusing on diagnosing and treating complex heart conditions for patients. He is renowned for compassionate patient care, treatment approaches, and dedication to advancing cardiovascular health. He is skilled at coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, congestive heart failure, pulmonary embolism, structural heart disease, and left atrial appendage occlusion as well as interventional procedures pertaining to the above disease states. Dr. Nestasie attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He then completed his internal medicine residency and general cardiology fellowship at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident and Chief Cardiology Fellow. During his fellowship, He was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society through Drexel University College of Medicine for his high academic achievement and demonstration of leadership, education, and service. He has been published for his ongoing research in cardiology in various academic and scientific journals. Dr. Nestasie is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases, Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the National Board of Echocardiography. He welcomes all patients 18 years of age and older.
