Sharma, MD Rubal Sharma, MD, is a medical oncologist and hematologist with AHN Cancer Institute, specializing in providing high-quality multidisciplinary care for patients with blood-related illnesses and cancer. She is dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care tailored to meet individual needs. Dr. Sharma went to medical school at Government Medical College in Punjab, India. She did her residency at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York, where she also completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Sharma welcomes patients ages 18 and older.

Emily Hesch, MPAS, PA-CEmily Hesch, MPAS, PA-C, is a physician assistant with AHN Cancer Institute, specializing in medical oncology/hematology and surgical oncology. She is skilled in assisting with cancer treatments and provides the utmost care in attending to patients while working hand-in-hand with the doctor to aid in a proper and speedy recovery. Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and her Master of Physician Assistance Science from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. She is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and also certified in Basic Life Support. Emily has a high attention to detail and prides herself in her ability to help patients navigate the world of oncology and hematology. She sees patients ages 18 and older.
