Marisa L Panucci, PsyD

Dr. Stiver is a licensed psychologist at the Jefferson Counseling Center specializing in child and adolescent psychology. She is welcoming new patients from six to 21 years old.She completed doctoral training at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, PA, and her residency at Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital in Baltimore, MD, which is affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine. She gained additional training in psychological assessment, outpatient therapy, and autism spectrum disorder during a fellowship at Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital as well. Dr. Stiver provides psychological assessment to clarify factors affecting mental health and recommend treatment. She uses cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral approaches to therapy for a wide range of concerns, but is particularly interested in those who may have autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), disruptive behaviors, anxiety, or depression.

Colleen McMonagle, MSW, LCSW, is a behavioral health clinician and licensed social worker, specializing in adult mental health, particularly for older people. She helps patients experiencing grief, chronic medical illness, life transitions, anger management, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, and panic. She partners with each patient to offer growth, healing, and personal well-being. Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. She earned her Master of Social Work and a certificate in gerontology from the University of Pittsburgh. She welcomes patients ages 18 and older.

Karli Jakosh, LPC Karli Jakosh, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor and behavioral health clinician with AHN Behavioral Health specializing in anxiety and mood disorders. Karli provides compassionate, personalized care for patients with mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders. She earned her Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. Karli believes that treatment is a journey on which she can guide patients through their obstacles to help them discover a better version of themselves. Karli sees patients ages 18 to 50 at AHN Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Institute in Wexford.
