just got a "medium " strawberry milk shake and it is AWFUL!!! no way is this real ice cream or even soft serve, it tastes like crappy flavored powder or something. and it's literally a small size...

It's kind of gross that when you order soft serve you still get some of last month's special flavor mixed in with your ice cream. They should probably clean their machines.
