There were four of us and each person was totally satisfied with the entree selections. The classic margaritas were excellent and the service was amazing . We will definitely return.

Authentic Mexican Restaurant-Gaston Garcia learned his passion when he was young. Being a child in Mexico gave him the opportunity to see how food was made from scratch, and the importance of freshness and quality. Learning from his uncle and multi-talented chef, Rodolfo Rivera, who is skilled in Mexican and Spanish cuisine as well as pastries, Gaston would learn techniques, to then use in the great big family holidays helping his mother prepare meals. Early into his adult life, he thanks his old boss Michelle Primucci for his opportunity to learn and indulge in Italian cuisine when he worked at La Trattoria. Gaston credits her for the motivation to always “think big”. Therefore, he chose to move to California to gain reach opportunity. Gaston would have the chance to work at two prestigious Italian restaurants called Prego Ristorante under Luigi Giordani, and Il Fornaio under Claudio Urciolli and Marcelo Apol
