I've been a patient for 12 years and today was the last day. Every time I have been there, I wait a MINIMUM of 35 minutes. This morning, my appointment was at 10:45, they told me to come at 10:30....

Dr. Kress is an ok....Doctor . He isn't terrible but just above it. His staff is the weakest link . No offense but it's like a they are having recess all day , having conversations, for hours...
