Maplehofe Dairy

The Maplehofe story began with the Glick family farm developed in 1948 by Aaron and Susie Glick. To meet the growing demand for our farm fresh milk and eggs, the existing Quarryville store and the original processing plant was built in 1974. Maplehofe Dairy currently processes whole milk, 2% milk, skim milk, buttermilk, cream and cream line. Cream Line milk is a unique milk that is pasteurized but not homogenized. We also process flavored milk in these varieties year round: our world famous chocolate milk, blueberry, strawberry, orange cream and egg nog (egg nog available from Nov. thru Jan. only). We serve and sell delicious Leiby's Ice Cream at our Quarryville store. Choose from over 40 flavors! Served in cups or cones. Try our store made waffle cones. We make milkshakes and sundaes too! The ice cream is also available for purchase in 56 oz containers. In 1999 Maplehofe Dairy added a stand at the historic Lancaster Central Market. We now have two stands there with our full line of milk produts and bulk food products as well. We make our homemade nut butters at our stand, and they are also available for purchase at our store in Quarryville. We hope you stop by soon!
