Get their subs sometimes and they are pretty good so I ordered some for my family. They messed up the order and there was hair in my food. Probably not getting food here again

22 minutes and 5 people came in to order after me. It takes 5 minutes to cut 3.5 lbs of cheese . Jessica running register and two with sandwiches. Surely someone could cut cheese and those after...
