Nice job on my nails but I hate to be nickel and dimed. $5 extra for the shopping of my nails? I've never been charged for that.

I got the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Edges of nails were rough, polish wasn't neat by my cuticles, within 30 hours 5 nails had chips...one had 1/2 of the polish chip off! I didn't do...
