LULU CAFE, founded in March 2016 by Janice Wang, is a Taiwanese boutique cafe named after her pet Princess Lulu - a French bulldog born and raised in Taiwan for seven years before moving to Philadelphia, PA in 2015. Lulu is an adorable foodie with a rooted passion for Taiwanese culture and food. She has always been the center of our joy, and has continued to inspire us to share with you the best and most authentic Taiwanese bubble teas and street snacks made from the highest quality of ingredients.
