Customer service was very rude and did not show me where the buckets of evaporated water was, led me to an area with no exits. I felt trapped

I am a frequent shopper of Lowes but recently Ive found the service is horrible. I'm very familiar with the set up of the store and I do a lot of construction, so it's not often that I need help....

The customer service was terrible. The employee refused to show me where the buckets of evaporated water were. Furthermore they did not show us the correct exit making our commute longer then...
