Went to three different "high-end" "watch repair" establishments and all three were unable to repair my favorite watch. Low and behold this establishment was able to repair it as I waited!

Very pleased with the watch repair from Neil. Dropped off on Monday and it was ready on Thursday. Obviously he has been in business a long time and I will gladly bring my watch back in as needed.

Fast service while I waited. I went in with 2 watches. My Seiko needed a battery and the band shortened. My Citizen just needed the band shortened. $36 !!!!!
