Would never walk into the store ever again they cracked the stone on heirloom ring refused responsibility for it and then were overly aggressive and disrespectful fake people just to get your money

When I inherited my mom's engagement ring when she passed the right broke. Went to LIz-El and they were unable to repair. The ring is over 35 years old. Very nice (couple I think) recommended...

I've been here to get rings resized and these folks are just about as friendly and accommodating as can be. I'll never go anywhere else! Shop local!
