I am an insured and licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and a fellow with the Philadelphia Renewal Network. I am a practitioner of psychotherapy, which literally means "soul-healing." Examples of this treatment include Motivational Interviewing to treat substance abuse, or cognitive restructuring to improve anger management.My practice is also biblically-based, which might not mean much to non-Christians (who still benefit from my evidence-based treatment), but is a must for those who are disciples of Christ.
