Founded in 1955 by Claude Lessig as a plumbing, heating and cooling company, Lessig Oil & Propane has remained a local, family owned and operated business. Claude's son David joined the business in 1975, taking the company's growth further through acquisitions and a lot of very hard work. In 2001, Lessig's propane division was created. Today, we are proud to sell kerosene, home heating oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, propane, and are very active in the HVAC field. Lessig Oil & Propane currently has two locations in Wind Gap, PA and Slatington, PA and we employ 40 people full-time. We offer 24 hour emergency service.
