Made to order. Tasty. A very down-home feel with friendly servers. There was no line so it was relatively fast, especially since it was cooked not pulled from the shelf.

I got the grits, hash, eggs, pork sausage, toast w butter and jelly, salt, and pepper. Awesome owners and staff - one of the best breakfasts I've ever had, 5 stars : ].
