Every time I have a 7 am appt the person running the place gets here 10-20 minutes late. There was 10 people standing outside this morning waiting. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me....

The techs here are rude and incompetent, and the entire place reeks of piss. I only hope the needle they jabbed me with over and over was clean.
