I was surprised to see such negative reviews of this place. I have been there several times over the past year and found the staff to be efficient and compliant with basic health care practices....

This place needs more people on staff. There are literally 2 people working - one a receptionist while the other the lab tech trying to serve room full of people. Whether you have an appt or not...

Awful as usual - I should really try using one of the other locations. Had a noon appointment and was still sitting in the waiting room at 12:30 with several other people who had appointments...
