About L & S Formless Curb Co. was created in April 1, 2003 as a subsidiary of Keith D. Smith Concrete Contractor, Inc and has since prospered into a well established and efficiently run concrete curb company. We have made great strides in producing a fine product for our customers on all types of curb installations. Owners Keith D. Smith and Patrick Lucabaugh pay close attention to all aspects of the company. The main goal is to become an industry leader in South Central PA and beyond our area for concrete curb construction. The company is family centered and staffed with excellent employees that are skilled to complete any project.
