Kyle Cothron, MD Kyle Cothron, MD, is the Imaging Institute Director of Faculty Development and Performance and a diagnostic and interventional radiologist with AHN Imaging. He is skilled at transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunts and percutaneous cryoablations. His clinical interests include hepatobiliary interventions, interventional oncology, and uterine and prostatic artery embolization. Dr. Cothron went to medical school at University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. He did his residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and his fellowship in interventional radiology at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology and has a dual board certification in diagnostic and interventional radiology. Dr. Cothron sees patients ages 18 and older.
