Long term kung fu tea drinker. Food is always good although do expect a wait, although it's definitely worth it. Their takoyaki is my absolute favorite. Ambiance is good, lots of space to wait....

Ok place, for 4 people it took about 20 minutes but, the staff were very nice though the boba was decent, the tea was a little too bitter and the default strawberry lemonade was a bit too sweet...
