Kourtni Brooke, CRNP

Grace Link is a certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopaedic surgery. Her clinical interests are orthopaedic sports medicine, shoulder injuries, and knee cartilage defects. She can perform joint injections for the shoulder and knee and matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) procedures. She likes to take a holistic approach with each patient, focusing on their entire well-being, including how their musculoskeletal issues impact daily life. Grace received a Bachelor of Science in health science and a Master of Science in physician assistant science from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of PAs and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. She sees patients ages 13 and older and speaks English.

Brian is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in orthopaedic surgery. His clinical interests include sports medicine and arthritis. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences at the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in physician assistant studies at Chatham University. Brian is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine. Brian is committed to building strong relationships with his patients by being honest and taking the time to explain their diagnosis and treatments. He sees patients of all ages.

Daniel DeFelice, DO Daniel DeFelice, DO, is a family and sports medicine physician with AHN Primary Care Institute, who treats patients for overall health, injuries, and illness. He focuses on sports medicine, OMT, concussions, ultrasound, and musculoskeletal injuries/injections. Dr. DeFelice went to medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He did his residency at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, Pennsylvania and his fellowship in sports medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. DeFelice is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Sports Medicine. His goal is to take care of all patients to help find a path towards better health. Dr. DeFelice sees patients ages newborn to 18.
